Lease Options allows an investor to take over a property owners mortgage payments in return for an option to buy that property at some point in the future. Some features of this type of agreement are:
Very little money required up front from the investor;
NO MORTGAGE ARRANGEMENT FEES;
VERY long term option;
Investors can sell the lease option onto another party including first time buyers as a rent to buy;
the owner may or may not stay in the property as a tenant;
it allows investors to purchase a property at a later date when it is easier and cheaper to obtain funding;
investors do NOT have to buy if circumstances change;
allow investors to aquire property with good rental/equity growth that they might not normally qualify for; and,
Alternative to the BMV acquisitions; and,
